All billiard players of Europe who have sent an application for participation and paid the entry fee are allowed to participate in the competition, except for athletes who have titles, as well as subject to the consideration of the competition management.
• Maximum number of participants – 48
• Entry fee – 600 zt
• Prize fund – 100% of entry fees
• Dress code – plain top, plain trousers
• Discipline – combined pyramid with changes. After potting a cue ball the ball is removed by the partner. Penalty – ball from the rack onto the table.

Start of games – September 27 at 10:00. Warm-up from 9:20.
