Schedule

  • 05.06.2025: Arrival day, Accreditation until 19:00
  • 06.06.2025: Opening ceremony at 10:00, Qualification matches 10:30–22:00
  • 07.06.2025: Playoff matches 10:00–22:00
  • 08.06.2025: Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Final; Closing ceremony
  • 09.06.2025: Departure day

Participants and Age Limits

  • Open to seniors born in 1984 or earlier
  • Minimum age: 40 years as of 05.06.2025
  • No limit on the number of participants per country
  • Participants from Russia and Belarus are not allowed

Entry Requirements

Each participant must present a valid passport or permanent residence permit during accreditation (by 19:00 on 05.06.2025)

Rules

The tournament follows the official EPF Combined Pyramid Rules with the following modifications:

  1. After a cue ball is pocketed, the opponent removes the bonus ball
  2. Penalty from the shelf to the table

Format

  • Double-elimination: 64x32 or 128x64 depending on entries
  • Race to:
    • Qualification – up to 3
    • Playoffs & Semifinals – up to 3
    • Final – up to 4
  • Each match is limited to 3 hours

Registration

Dress Code

  • Polo Shirt: Any color or design with a collar; must be tucked in and long enough to cover the body during play
  • Trousers: Dark-colored dress or chino style; no jeans, denim, corduroy, studs, chains, or cargo pockets
  • Shoes: Plain dark shoes, loafers, moccasins, or sneakers

Entry Fee

  • €150 per player
  • Must be paid before the end of accreditation (by 19:00 on 05.06.2025)

Prize Fund – Total €7,400

  • Winner – €2,000 + Trophy + Gold Medal
  • Runner-up – €1,200 + Silver Medal
  • Semifinalists – €800 each + Bronze Medals
  • 5th–8th places – €350 each
  • 9th–16th places – €150 each
