REGULATIONS
on holding the Kamelot Masters (Vinnytsia) tournament series
within the GOGOSPORT PYRAMID PROFESSIONAL TOUR
season 2026
Venue: Billiard Club “Kamelot”, Vinnytsia, 121 Keletska Street, “Plaza Park” Shopping Mall
Series format: Stages 1–4 + Final of Kamelot Masters (TOP-16)
Languages: Ukrainian / English. Priority version: Ukrainian.
- General provisions
1.1. These Regulations define the conditions of participation, procedure of holding, refereeing, disciplinary measures, media rules and other organizational issues of the Kamelot Masters (Vinnytsia) tournament series (hereinafter – Masters) within the GOGOSPORT PYRAMID PROFESSIONAL TOUR (hereinafter – the Tour).
1.2. Masters is an open series with its own ranking (Masters Rating) and qualification for the Final of Kamelot Masters.
1.3. Participation in Masters means that the participant:
- has read and agrees with these Regulations;
- undertakes to comply with the Venue rules and referees’ instructions;
- accepts that the decisions of the Chief Referee on disputed issues are final within these Regulations.
1.4. The Organizer ensures public information of participants through official channels (Platform, publication of brackets/schedule/announcements on site).
2. Terms and definitions
2.1. Organizer – GOGOSPORT, the founder and organizer of the Tour and Masters, which carries out general management, regulation, marketing, registration, collection of fees (if applicable), formation of schedules and brackets, organization of broadcasts and content, as well as other actions necessary for holding the competitions.
2.2. Venue Partner / Venue / Club – Billiard Club “Kamelot”, which provides the premises, infrastructure and playing area for holding Masters.
2.3. Masters – a set of events within one venue and one city, including Stages 1–4 and the Final of Kamelot Masters, conducted in accordance with these Regulations.
2.4. Stage – a separate ranking tournament within Masters, conducted under the approved discipline, bracket format and match regulations.
2.5. Final of Kamelot Masters (Masters Final) – the final tournament of Masters among the top 16 participants (TOP-16) according to the Masters Rating based on the results of Stages 1–4.
2.6. Participant – an individual admitted to participation and included in the bracket of a specific Stage/Final after fulfilling the registration conditions and confirming participation.
2.7. Registration – completion of the online form on the Platform and fulfillment of the participation confirmation conditions (including payment, when applicable).
2.8. Participation confirmation – a status that occurs after fulfillment of registration conditions and recording the participant in the list of admitted players (including payment confirmation).
2.9. Charitable contribution – a monetary payment of a participant for participation in a specific Stage (if provided for by these Regulations).
2.10. Official Organizer channels – the Platform (gogosport.com), official GOGOSPORT pages/channels, as well as on-site announcements made by the Tournament Director/Secretary/Chief Referee.
2.11. Masters Rating – the total ranking points awarded to a participant for results in Stages 1–4, forming the TOP-16 for the Masters Final.
2.12. Force majeure – circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer and/or the Venue (including but not limited to: military threats, restrictions on facility operation, accidents, outages, emergency measures of authorities) that prevent matches from being held as scheduled.
2.13. Disqualification – removal of a participant from competitions (Stage/Final/series) by decision of the Chief Referee/Organizer in cases provided for by the Regulations.
3. Organization, management and contacts
3.1. Tournament management is carried out by the Organizing Committee.

3.2. The Chief Referee:
- ensures compliance with match regulations;
- makes decisions on disputed game situations;
- considers protests on site;
- applies disciplinary sanctions within these Regulations.
3.3. Decisions of the Chief Referee on protests and disputed issues are final and not subject to appeal (within Masters).
4. Venue and equipment
4.1. Venue address: Vinnytsia, 121 Keletska Street (“Plaza Park” Shopping Mall), BC “Kamelot”.
4.2. Equipment:
- 8 Dinaris tables
- balls: Aramith Tournament Pro 67 mm
- cloth: Simonis 760
- no separate warm-up tables available.
4.3. Admission for spectators is free, no limit is set (priority to safety and Venue rules).
5. Participants, admission and restrictions
5.1. Men and women are admitted (overall standings, unless a separate division is announced).
5.2. Age: from 12 full years as of the registration date.
5.3. Citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are not admitted.
5.4. Medical clearance is not required. Licenses/memberships in federations/club cards are not required.
5.5. Minor participants take part with the consent of a legal representative. The Organizer has the right to request confirmation of such consent.
5.6. Participant limit for each Stage: 64. In case of exceeding the limit – waiting list. Priority: (1) date/time of registration, (2) payment confirmation.
6. Registration and participation confirmation
6.1. Registration is carried out online via the gogosport.com Platform.
6.2. A participant is considered confirmed only after confirmation of the charitable contribution in the amount equivalent to 100 US dollars (USD) (for Stages 1–4) and inclusion in the list of admitted participants.
6.3. For the Final of Kamelot Masters, there is no entry fee, but participation requires confirmation of readiness to arrive/participate according to the procedure announced by the Organizer.
7. Dates, disciplines and key actions
7.1. Tournament series calendar:
- Stage 1: 11–14.04.2026 (arrival day 10.04.2026)
- Stage 2: 09–12.05.2026 (arrival day 08.05.2026)
- Stage 3: 20–23.06.2026 (arrival day 19.06.2026)
- Stage 4: 25–28.07.2026 (arrival day 24.07.2026)
- Final of Kamelot Masters: 15–16.08.2026 (arrival day 14.08.2026)
7.2. Disciplines
Stage 1 and Stage 3: Combined Pyramid
Stage 2, Stage 4 and Final: Free Pyramid
7.3. Start time and opening ceremony
7.3.1. Start of the playing day: 09:30.
7.3.2. On the first playing day of each Stage at 09:30, the opening ceremony and final registration are held.
7.3.3. Attendance is mandatory. Absence means non-admission to matches and withdrawal/disqualification of the participant for the Stage.
7.4. Draw, date and time:

8. Rules, format and match regulations
8.1. International rules of the relevant discipline apply unless otherwise specified by these Regulations.
8.2. Stages 1–4: Double Elimination qualification (elimination after 2 losses) over two days of each Stage. Third day of the Stage: Round of 32, Round of 16, Quarterfinals. On the fourth day of the Stage, the first semifinal match starts at 11:00, the second semifinal match at 14:00, and the final at 18:00.
8.3. Final (TOP-16): Single Elimination (knockout).
8.4. Match length:
Stages 1–4: qualification – up to 4 wins, playoffs – up to 5 wins.
Stage final: up to 5 wins.
8.5. Third place match is not played (two bronze places).
8.6. Warm-up: 5 minutes on the match table. In case of being late for more than 5 minutes, the right to warm up is lost.
8.7. Player lateness:
- 15 minutes – loss of one rack (first rack of the match);
- 30 minutes – loss of the match (no-show).
Time is recorded according to the announcement of the referee/Chief Referee and/or the official schedule.
8.8. The participant is obliged to monitor their schedule and announcements of the Organizer/Secretary/Chief Referee. Claims of “did not see/hear” are not considered a valid reason.
9. Charitable contribution and refunds
9.1. Stages 1–4: Charitable contribution – an amount equivalent to 100 USD, payable in UAH.
9.2. The equivalent is determined by the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the date of payment crediting (or by the rate of the payment provider, if applied at the time of charge; in such case, the charged amount is fixed).
9.3. Final: no charitable contribution.
9.4. Refunds are made only in case of force majeure. The decision on the presence of force majeure and the refund mechanism is made by the Organizer.
10. Prize fund, payments and awards
10.1. Guaranteed prize fund of each Stage: 6,000 USD (equivalent).
The prize fund is distributed among 16 places.
- 1st place – Winner – 2000$
- 2nd place – Finalist – 1000$
- 3–4 place – 500$
- 5–8 place – 250$
- 9–16 place – 125$
10.2. Guaranteed prize fund of the Final: 10,000 USD (equivalent).
10.3. Payments are made in UAH at the official NBU exchange rate on the payment date.
10.4. The Organizer does not withhold taxes from prize money. The participant independently bears responsibility for compliance with applicable legislation.
10.5. Award ceremony is held immediately after the final match of each Stage/Final. Additionally: trophies/medals/certificates/gifts from partners (if available).
10.6. If a player does not appear at the award ceremony, prize money is not paid to them.
11. Masters Rating and qualification to the Final
11.1. Stages 1–4 are ranking tournaments.
11.2. The Final admits the TOP-16 according to the Masters Rating.
11.3. Wild cards for the Final are not предусмотрены.
12. Refereeing, discipline and sanctions
12.1. Refereeing team: Chief Referee, 4 referees on TV tables, 2 reserves (total 7).
12.2. Protests are submitted on site. Decisions are made by the Chief Referee. The decision is final.
12.3. Disqualification of a tournament participant without refund of the charitable contribution is applied for:
- alcohol intoxication;
- systematic profanity, aggression, threats towards players, spectators, referees and other persons;
- conflict with a referee/refusal to comply with referee’s instructions;
- damage to equipment;
- gross unsportsmanlike conduct;
- failure to comply with a referee’s decision.
13. Dress code
13.1. Mandatory attire: GOGOSPORT polo + black trousers + dress shoes.
13.2. The polo is provided free of charge. Size is specified during registration.
13.3. Personal sponsors/patches on the uniform are prohibited.
13.4. Violation of the dress code: non-admission to matches until the violation is remedied (or withdrawal).
14. Broadcasts, photos, media and rights
14.1. Broadcast: GOGOSPORT platform and YouTube.
14.2. During Stages, 4 TV tables are on air. During the Final, matches are played on TV tables with broadcast.
14.3. Commentators: Ukrainian; English – optional.
14.4. Photo: mandatory portrait photo of the participant in a designated area.
14.5. Personal streams by participants are prohibited. Stories are allowed provided they do not interfere with the match, referees, broadcast and do not violate instructions of the Organizer/Chief Referee.
14.6. Use of participant’s photo/video in advertising materials (advertising/promotions of sponsors, commercial advertising) without separate consent of the participant is allowed.
By submitting an application for participation and/or participating in the tournament, the participant grants the Organizer consent to use their image/voice/interviews/photo and video materials created within Masters for informational and promotional purposes of the Tour and partners without additional approval and without payment of remuneration, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
15. Safety and force majeure
15.1. Safety and conduct rules for participants/spectators are posted in the Club and are mandatory for compliance.
15.2. In case of force majeure, the Organizer together with the Chief Referee decides on postponement/suspension/change of the schedule “based on circumstances on site”, with notification through official channels.
16. Accommodation and logistics
16.1. Recommended hotels/promo codes are not provided. Transfers are not provided.
16.2. Parking is available at the Venue.
16.3. All expenses of tournament participants, coaches for travel to the tournament venue, accommodation and other expenses related to participation in the tournament are borne by the said persons at their own expense or at the expense of enterprises (organizations) that sponsor them.
17. Final provisions
17.1. The Organizer has the right to make changes to these Regulations by publishing them through official channels before the start of the relevant Stage/Final or immediately in case of force majeure.
17.2. These Regulations constitute an official invitation to participate in Masters.
17.3. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Ukrainian version shall prevail.
