Tournament Dates and Venue

The “Kamelot OPEN” 2025 tournament will take place from December 6 to December 9 in the city of Vinnytsia at the address:
121 Keletska Street, PLAZA PARK.

Tournament Management

The tournament is managed by the Organizing Committee.

Participants

• All interested players from any country in the world are eligible, except from the aggressor state.
• Participants from temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine are admitted only with a Ukrainian passport.
• Players disqualified by the FSBU are not allowed to participate.

Tournament Regulations

4.1. General Rules

The tournament is held according to the rules of Combined Pyramid, approved by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, with the following modifications:
1. After pocketing one’s “own” ball, the ball is removed by the opponent.
2. Call-shot rule: the player must name the ball and the pocket (one ball — one pocket).
3. If an “opponent’s” ball is accidentally pocketed, the ball is returned to the table, and the opponent continues from the resulting position.
4. If a player accidentally pockets their “own” ball, the “Meniuk Rule” applies: the player shoots from hand without the right to attack, safety only.
5. In case of a foul, a ball is placed from the rack onto the table. If no balls have been pocketed yet, the first pocketed ball is returned.

4.2. Registration
• Registration begins upon publication of this Regulation.
• Registration closes on December 6 at 10:00.
• Draw — 10:30.

4.3. Tournament Format

The tournament is played using a double-elimination system, with the top 16 players advancing to the playoffs.

Qualification Stage
• December 6–7, 11:00 — Qualification matches.

Playoffs
• December 8, 11:00 — Round of 16 and Quarterfinals.
• December 9, 11:00 — Semifinals.
• December 9, 16:00 — Final.
• Qualification: race to 4
• Playoffs: race to 5

Dress Code

Dress code — formal style:
• shirt
• trousers
• vest recommended
• polo shirts allowed

Players not dressed according to the dress code will not be admitted.

Accommodation and Funding

All expenses of participants and coaches (travel, accommodation, meals, per diem, salary retention, etc.) are covered by the sending organizations.

Participant Responsibilities

Punctuality
• Being late by more than 15 minutes — loss of one frame.
• More than 30 minutes — loss of two frames.
• More than 40 minutes — loss of the match.

Discipline
• Use of foul language → warning; after two warnings — loss of the match.
• Absence from the award ceremony → prize money is not paid.
• Insulting participants, referees, or spectators, as well as failure to comply with referee decisions → loss of the match or disqualification without refund of the entry fee.

Entry Fee and Prize Fund
• Entry fee: 150 USD.
• Prize fund: 100% of the fees + 1500 USD.

Prize fund distribution:
• 1st place — 40%
• 2nd place — 20%
• 3rd–4th places — 2×10%
• 5th–8th places — 4×5%

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to this Regulation depending on the number of participants and safety conditions.
